Gayas Eapen
Biography
Gayas Eapen is an assistant professor of Digital Identity and Design. His scholarly work concernsmedia in public, sonic technologies of thestreet, and digital platforms. He is currently working on a book project that attempts to grasp media technologies thatoften intersect with ethno-religious, caste, and gendered conflicts andtensions. In classroom, he is fascinated by discussions on technologies and infrastructures that shape us into who we are. His work has been published in the scholarly journal Asiascape: Digital Asia. Prior to Coastal, he has taught as a graduate Instructor at NC Articulate University where he completed his PhD. In a previous life,Dr. Eapen has worked as a journalist in India andlectured in the University of Delhi and University of Calicut.

Origin
A unique terroir combining favorable conditions for the performance and preservation of exceptional cocoa beans. The Chocolaterie de l'Opéra teams were won over by the Grade 1 or 2 cocoa beans category.
